| timing for a twin plugged shovel
what degree of advance should be used for a twin plugged shovel either fully advanced or fully retarded? I have a degree wheel and can find top dead centre |

Just my own personnal preference. With shovels I use thirty five degrees of advance on the front cylinder at two thousand RPM. I would retard that five degrees with twin plug heads & go from there.
