| 1913 Indian Single Here is Will's 1913 Indian model E 500cc He's hoping to enter it in the Vintage run to Brighton. He may take it to the Vintage and Sportster rally, but it would have to be in the van, after all she is 94 years old! I will be on one of my youngsters (Servi or 45) Video of 1913 Indian - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting Happy New Year everyone.....Pete..... |

| Re: 1913 Indian Single That is a bike to cherish and enjoy - loved it! ![]() All that riding around the block reminds me of my bike riding test in 1974, conducted almost entirely around one town centre block in Herne Bay! Pete |

| Re: 1913 Indian Single Beautiful, Pete. She's a real credit to Will. Note for those looking in here who think all American bikes are outdated dinosaurs; British bikes did not normally have twistgrip throttle, chain drive, rear suspension, gearbox and kickstarter (at least not all on one bike) till well after the First World War. Indian were one of the great innovators of early motorcycling.

These bikes are a joy to ride just look out for the traffic once you hit Brighton. If Will would like to send me his email address i can send him a copy of the 1913 sales brochure. As up untill last year i was riding a 7HP. Chris |
