Hi Chilly,

The steel one on Nick's is post 70...

Before that, the H-D steel rim had the same profile for years...

Alloy were introduced in 1960 as an option, std price for XLH/CH was with steel rims.

So it's either all steel or all alloy as the bikes left the factory...
