Re: Mallory park festival of a thousand bikes 2009

what is happening about the booking of the track sessions

the VMCC has already started sending out booking forms and these sessions tend to sell out quite quickly

Kiwi
I reckon the Club gets a slot of its own for members if Dave gets enough bods, and its for free (can't find confirmation of this tho).

But if you want to get a ride on your own just download the entry form.

Hi Dave,
count me in as well in helping out, but as for track time, no one will ever get past me and my FLH 78, my glide is to big.

Andy tool man.

Re: Mallory park festival of a thousand bikes 2009

So far,,,

The club will be making a contribution towards the track session (1.45 on the Saturday)Im not sure how much just yet, so what we now need to make this work is 30 people that are going to go round Mallory :-) no racing but Im in front.

Were going to be having a 40ft x 20ft marquee and a 60ft x 20ft pitch so room for more bikes.

Our own camping area with lighting and toilets which is closer to the track and the bar than last year which means we wont have to stagger up that hill to get back to our tents.

Im meeting with the VMCC later this month so if any one wants anything else from the event let me know now.

I know a few people have already said that they will be there for the weekend, due to workload over the last few months Ive not done much about it. Could every one thats going to be there please mail me again dave@daveking-acoustics.com If you dont get a reply from me mail me again.

Dave,

If I'm not already on that list, please count me in.

Will be on the 45 so put me at the back so's I can overtake everyone else!

Come on the rest of you, not often we get a chance like this; let's see some commitment!
