Could it be that my bike is possesed by some disgruntled AMF director from the seventies? if so would that explain why things keep wrong or breaking when im trying to do stuff (unless i have lost all mechanical sympathy and have turned into a clumsy clusterf**k )

A Shovel is a learning curve , things do break threads get stripped you lose skin of your knuckles but you still love 'em and hate thema bit of a love hate relationship

No its me too - Ive got a 45 and nothing fits together. Takes two hours to fettle and fit something that should go together in 10 mins. If something does go as I think it should I get suspicious and go and check back in the manuals to see if Ive done it right.
