Another one who's evidently bought the bike as an "investment" and is now trying to get his money back, plus what he thinks it's gone up by. The fact that it hasn't been used says it all.

Second-hand 45 market's full of 'em.

Expect to see a few more as the recession bites. Personally I've little sympathy with 'em; bikes are for riding.

asking way above what it is worth

and its missing a few bits, its been relisted but its still about £5k over priced and even then at £12k there are better bikes to be had
