Thumbs up Hospice Presentation

As some of you will know, we presented a cheque to
Hope House Chidren's Hospice at the recent Web Party.
The hospice are based near Oswestry and were our chosen
charity for the National Rally last year. The Rally raised just
under £650 and we made it up to £700, thanks to everyone
that attended the Web party.

We have been featured in a couple of the local newspapers
this week, so it's a bit of positive PR for the Club.

l Cool riders: Members of the Harley Davidson Riders Club of Great Britain hit top gear recently when they raised £700 for Hope House Children’s Hospice, Morda.

The club held a collection during their national rally held at Oswestry Showground last year and also raised further funds during the club’s recent Winter Web Party held in the Royal Hotel, Llangollen.

Menai Owen-Jones, Appeals Organiser for Hope House, attended the party and gladly received the cheque.

“A big thank you to all the members for their very generous support and for raising this great amount for us. We appreciate their support very much and this donation will help us to maintain our essential care and support services for life-limited children and their families,” said Menai.

Pictured is the club’s North Wales representative, Mog Ellis (holding cheque) and partner Sue Roberts (on bike) celebrating with members of the club.

If you would like to help Hope House Children’s Hospice then please call the appeals team on 01691 671671 or email appeals@hopehouse.org.uk FL010306

Thanks to everyone that made a contribution, both at Oswestry
and the Web Party.
