Re: Interesting Ebay shop

Just a word of warning regarding them though.

I placed an order with them last year for some bits and bobs, paid by credit card. Then heard nothing for months, no answer to emails or telephone calls.

They have a website, www.worldclasschassis.net

I agree the prices are good but I ended up getting a refund from Visa, just be careful and check with the likes of Krooners first to see if they can do the same deal...

Re: Interesting Ebay shop

Just seems a bit strange that some parts are listed in US$ some in Australian$ and some in Canadian$.looks like there just sourcing & cataloging parts and selling them on with a mark up. If so you'd be better off doing a bit of homework and sourcing the bits yourself.

The prices look cheap but your liable for shipping , import duty, and VAT on all these parts, making them not such a bargain.

I nearly bought a s&s motor back from the US a couple of years ago, as I had a way of getting it in without paying duties, but was informed about the terms of the warranty i.e. that it must be returned to the point of purchase, for it to be valid, and returns have to be taken into consideration with big $ purchases.

JMO.
