A friend (should read ex friend) here killed a child by speeding in a residential area,- got convicted of causing death by reckless driving 18 months custodial and a five year driving ban,- that was with no previous convictions,- & no early release as the conviction was deemed as an act of violence which under new regulations the full tariff is now served. tough call as the child ran out from behind a parked car,- he was speeding but who for the grace of god hasn't.

Billy Lane has had plenty of previous convictions for offences & tried to buy his way out of jail, I was a fan and had visited his shop a couple of times,- I wouldnt give him time of day now.- let him rot.
