Standard, Classic or Custom?

This photo may help with your choice of colour when getting a Road King.

Way to go............

I prefer the Standard because of the hard boxes and the passenger seat is separate. Thin white walls standard but you can soon change them when replacing the tyres.

Screen looks good on or off I reckon the handling is superb but you need to be in charge of it.

Only down side if running without the saddlebags it look crap not like your Heritage that looks good with or without the bags on.

Re: Road King

Is that a picture of your pipe and slipper collection Baza?

Road King, what is there to say other than a poor mans Ultraglide(which has all the accessories needed for international travel;including ash tray and vanity mirror).

I love 'em.

Yeah I like that!

Seen you throw yours about Baz so the handling must be okay! But for me it's a new ball game from a softail ?

Be doing a test ride beginning the new year so see how I get on?

Re: Road King

loved my RK....unfortunately got rid of it now but will get another one some day....

great handling for such a big bike....better than my softail imo (although my softail is very low!)...really easy to chuck about once you get the hang of them. loads of room for kit, tent, bag, etc. and you can ride the thing all day in comfort....

and no, i don't wear slippers and only smoke a pipe for recreational use!
