So they were not locked, having worked in Holland for 6 years for the RNLAF I never did hear that If you leave a bike unlocked over there It means it's avalible for anyone to take away!
A bit brave though for the folks who stole them, I wouldn't like to be fed through a tube for the next 6 months!
Anyway, I'll be going to Denmark I hope, See ya there!!
Geoff

Re: St Tropaz rally

Geoff glad you decided on the Denmark Rally instead of the St Trollop one.

Re: St Tropaz rally

Looks like a good'un, I drove through Denmark around 5 years ago up to Sweden to change a cylinder bank on a Mustang, Nice place but a bit expensive though!

Anyone else thinking of going? maybe we could chat about routes & ferries etc?

Cheers
Geoff

Hi Geoff

You might want to PM Nigel if your planning for Denmark S/Rally. He is local to Bristol, as, i think you are. Last time we spoke he was seriously planning to go and wanted to hook up with someone to travel over, may be a lead for you both.

He log's on this site as ..suprisingly ...." Nigel " check out forum user list.

Cheers Rob

Re: St Tropaz rally

St Tropez would have the weather, but not much else.

If you are new to the club and to European Harley rallies, a Super Rally in Denmark will blow your mind. You will see more cool bikes there than at any other event on the planet....and that does include Sturgis etc.....The Scandinavian Harley scene is the world's best.

Mind you, i wish someone would have made it a bit later in the year. May is just a bit cool for camping in Denmark for me!

We had a family hol in Denmark 18 months ago in August and the weather was ace. It's not too dear if you buy beer at supermarkets. Really. Norway is the real horror.
