Well I guess they'll appeal and settle out of court for a bit more than the original 100k

Hope so - Harleys are expensive enough without having to pay a Mexican opportunist

harley also lost a law suit a few years back regarding somebody using the name hog farm since 1969

harley suck the way they try and trademark generic words that are in common usage ie ape hanger

McDonalds also tried its muscles on a small cafe of the same name, but common sense in the legal system eventually won the day!
