Although what really swung it for me was the seat on castors

I have just ordered one (11-07-08), I'll post my opinions when it arrives.

Hello!

Just thinking about picking one up - did you have chance to review?

Its for my Nightster :-)

Re: Bike Lift

Not sure how much clearance you have under the frame, but at 140mm, I would have trouble getting it under a Fat Boy.
I bought a Clarke lift, a bit more expensive but minimum height is 105 mm.
Machine mart was out of stock, but got it from a company called Tools by Post. £112 including delivery.
Easy to use and very stable.

Cheers

Mmm just I think!

Does anyone have any details how you strap the bike down, I wish to ensure its really really safe!

Re: Bike Lift

I got one of these, but remember to buy lifting blocks if you've got a Dyna. Otherwise it'll wobble and probably fall off the stand.

Re: Bike Lift

bought the makro bike lift for using on my evo dyna lowrider, needed to get round sump problem, bought a set of lift adaptors. was assured they would work, turns out they were for twin cam dyna, so up for sale on "freeway" now.

there have been quite a few posts in the past regarding various makes and types of MOTORCYCLE/ bike lifts on the market, and associated problems,if you look in website search engine.

hope this information helps and good luck.

Re: Bike Lift

Wow! That looks like a good deal.

Ive got one of those one piece lever style lifts which came from a Harley dealers when it closed. Its ok but getting the thing back off it can be a bit of a heart stopper if youre on youre own.
