We were booked in as traders. A very brief note arrived in the post today and I quote

"What happens now?
You will receive communication from a company we have brought in to deal with the liquidation of our company
We deeply regret having to take this action but we have no choice. The R&B may possibly still have future and of course any losses we can help get back we will.

You can make your own decisions as regards to whether you will get any money back from that.

Oldest trick in the book going into Receivership to avoid refunding money.
Easy enough to raise another Limited company next year and start all over again. Best of luck getting refunds, best way if you want to try for your money back is through the Official Receiver.
