Memory Foam seats...

My seat is anal torture.

One option on the counter is replacing the foam in my Corbin with memory foam.

Anyone sat on such an item.

Re: Memory Foam seats...

Memory Foam doesn't work with seats!

It just remembers how to inflict pain into your nether regions.

Re: Memory Foam seats...

There are a couple of US companies that offer Memory Foam as either a modification for your existing seat or a build from the pan up.

One of these is Mean City Cycles, they seem to have a good product that is well received.

I've spoken with Dragon Seating, he's in Dudlay somewhere, he will re-foam the Corbin with Memory foam in the pressure areas for £40 ish.

I've already taken a drill to the foam on this seat and seen some improvement to to pain caused to my coxix, but it still feels like I fell asleep in the bogs at a wham concert.

Re: Memory Foam seats...

I was being honest and serious, when I said I don't believe memory foam will have much effect in a bike seat.

It's gonna be a long conversation at OZ as it's not easy to explain.

I've always found it very comfortable at Wham concerts if you prepare yourself for such events and similarily if you prepare yourself for riding a motorcycle with two weeks at your local YMCA with some villagers

Oy Scoll - I train at the YMCA in Cheltenham & I've never yet even heard a reference to villagers or Wham concerts
