This year I have done a number of rallies and would not like to place them in any sort of order. Let it just be said that whereever I have been I have had a great time in great company, cold beer, good food and a safe trip. If everyone has had the same then its been a good year. BUT its not over yet here comes the indian summer we all deserve.

Dart was the best of the year for me!

Isle of White a close second!

Mike's, Tripple, New Forest, Web Party, all great!

But without a doubt it's the company you are in when you are at these events that make em great!

I must make special mention of the week I spent in the Region 19 area, very good times with great friends!

Also Yoffi's funeral, not a happy but a very special day!

Coming out of my tent in a morning doing the texas two step to the bogs ,

Best rally for me was the 3B's last stand followed by The MCR February freezer, best party Mikes farm party and ride is to Denmark for the SR with R17. Off to Belgium on Thursday to another rally

1st few months in the Club and managed the Triple and Oz (plus 1 with HOG, yeah, yeah I know...), enjoyed all of them. Met a great bunch of people and been made to feel very welcome. Just wish I'd have "found" the Club earlier in the year...nah strike that, earlier in my life...and so could have attended many more rallies

30+ years since I kipped in a tent and still can't but I'm trying hard. Still figuring out which one's to do in next few weeks but I'll get 1 or 2 in I hope.

its the people you meet up with n laugh with that makes the real difference tho

Hardly been to any rallies this year - a combination of being skint and Mrs Shifty getting knocked off her bike fairly badly in May. The couple of do's we've been to we had to go in the fraggin' car.

Got tickets for Cernunnos MCC's Mabon Rally later this month; should be a good one unless it rains (the Mrs' injuries still won't let her tolerate camping in damp conditions yet).

Roll on 2009 I say!
