just to say thanks for all the good wishes, I am now back at home with my metal wrist, Sue is on the Hamish clicker, a bit bruised but very thankful for all the good wishes and visitors.

more seriously, some has had the cakes away from my bedside table

Ah, that takes me back a few months. Hamish never did find out we were clicking away on it whilst he was picking his nose. Mind you, if he had realised, I don't think he would've complained, at least he was able to ignore Foby & Tealess when they showed up.

When he was allowed to go home, hospital security searched him & removed four hamish clickers and forty-five vials of morphine. Never did find the one he'd stuck up his arse though. Come to think of it, I haven't seen it used since he got out. Wonder if it's still there.

And they say the NHS is run for our benefit too. Sheesh.
