Parking Fees for bikes

I've been caught out in the carpark near NIA. After using a mobile I then found there are cash machines, if only you persist in seeking them out. I understand from a friend that the 'parking attendants' are not connected to the mobile phone ticketing process and will happily slap on a parking fine!

I should have added that when paying by phone you don't get a ticket to display, hence parking attendants have every reason to think you have not paid. Crap system. The cash machines are tucked round corners out of sight, so be persistent when looking for them.

I've no intention of using the things again. I prefer the multistory near Selfridges as they have bike-sized gaps in the barriers.

Saying that, I try to avoid the city like the plague - if you row across the River Styx and move into Dante's final level of Hell you'll notice crowds of shoppers and the Bullring.
