Pete you are spot on about the N Wales police. I live here and have never been stopped, oh OK once, for overtaking on a double white line
Slapped wrist and three point, fair cop guv.

Non of my mates in the area have been stopped either and we were chatting about this on the weekend. Our opinion reckons that the police are trying to put the frighteners on people coming into the area, to make the balls out race reps think twice before doing well over the ton on our A and B roads. The reality on the ground is that once you are here you would have to do something pretty stupid to get pulled; now that's me done for, next time out I'm sure to get the blue lights in my mirror!
