They were exported in red,not sure that's the shade though. It's in good nick and being riden,not dusted,so good luck to him. |

There was a time when small numbers of bikes were repainted the same colour throughout. Hardly a fashion, but Velocettes and Vincents were amongst the bikes that got the treatment. May just be an early personalised bike that has been kept that way.

I know nothing about classic bikes (except Lambrettas) but that swing arm arrangement that old Vincents use looks suspiciously like the H-D softail setup all be it upside down. It was certainly a talking point at Centrum. If anyone spoke about the bikes on site, the Vincent was always mentioned first.
