Did anyone attend a rally in France or maybe the Low Countries this year they would recommend?

Look on the FHDCE web site for a list of all their rallies in Europe

yes, a few of us went this year.

it was a strange sort of do and not a 'rally' in the sense that i see a rally to be.
it's just a small town that gets taken over for a weekend (mainly by posers riding round and round)
the main arena where everything is fenced off. there was plenty of stalls selling tat with eagles and skulls on. next to no bike bits.
having said that i enjoyed it but that was down to the crowd i was with.

a couple of years back we went to a rally in northern france. perriers sur andelles i think was the place, now that was a good, proper rally. might go again this year. good site, friendly folk.

edit this is their website

Thanks for this.

If Rudesheim has a few boozers that will do fine.

Having said that its early days and who knows where we'll end up

Re: Rally in Europe

If you are prepared to try a non HD rally I can recommend the Coastriders MC rally, Lichtevelde, Belgium only about an hour from the tunnel, held in early september. Been going over 20 years and theres always some Brits in attendance.
