I was at the Cincinatti bike trade show a few years ago with a mate of mine [Billy] who's into vellocettes any this show is huge makes the nec show look like corner shop,well ive lost my mate in the crowd havn't seen him for a couple of hours when i come across the Arlen Ness stand now Arlen is sat there on a stool with a suit on looking sharp when i look round and my mate Billy is stood next to me anyway i say to Billy "where the fuck have you been?"and then i ask him" what do you think of the Arlen Ness stand?"my mate replies in a genuine but loud voice "ive heard of Elliot Ness but ive never heard of Arlen Ness"and just as he's saying Arlen turns arround everbody laughed ,Arlens face was a picture

Good luck to him for the future . But I went into his shop at Destination Daytona last year, looking for a pair of progressives, after finding JPcycles were out of stock, and two so-called salesmen in suits did'nt have an idea between them what a pair of shockers were. Thats even after i'd used every word I could think of to describe them (recieving blank expressions). But I suppose service at a lot of places is'nt what it used to be .
