My disillusionment with the MoCo is now finally and utterly complete....and sadly my days in the Riders Club are now sadly numbered, as they aren't going to be making my preferred steed.

Heartfelt sympathy to Eric Buell and the team for making something different and renewing my love of going round corners far to fast for my advancing years

.....but on the plus side i won't be putting another cent in the MoCo coffers.

Sad news really, but a sign of the times.

Buell and the MoCo have always been strange bedfellows - one was into race style speed and handling, the other into straight road retro style cruising. I seem to remember that pre-acquisition there were stories that HD tried to prevent Buell from buying engines and other assemblies from them to use in his bikes.

I haven't been rallying mostly for 'head related' reasons, but given some of the shenanigans i've missed maybe its for the best and i'll remember the great times I've had.

ironic that the bike eric designed for the factory the rubber mount electraglide outlasted his own company

guess the value of buells now will only go one way and that is up
