The Fatboyzdiner

Went over to Trowbridge saturday morning to checkout the Fatzboydiner.

Made very welcome by Phil & Karen, almost savaged to death by the guard-dog Fang.

Lots af chromey stuff if you into it, at good prices. But for me all the consumables on the shelf I need to keep me on the road. Basically they can get anything you want.

Highly recomended (and both rider club members)

Re: The Fatboyzdiner

Mike, Thanks for picking up the parts for me.
Getting the old ones out was a synch - thanks to Mr Gerber ! Putting the new ones in was a little more tricky, along with the lack of fittings that came with the pipes !
Luckily I have a fairly good selection in my 'Odds and Sods' box - should have them on by tonight (shame as the weather is cracking today).
no1 boy now back on the road too.
Thanks again and see you on the road next W/E?

Re: The Fatboyzdiner

Hi Mike and Kirsten

Glad you could make it. Hope the wounds have stopped bleeding now. We had the dog checked out and the Vet said she had not suffered any damage to her teeth but to watch that she doesn't develop rabies.

I have attached a photo of Mike being savaged; ho! how we laughed!!!

Pipes on at 845pm today - sadly too late to try it out....neighbours aren't too keen on bikes. Will let you know how it goes .

Wish I could have been there. Spent most of the weekend driving daughter No2 around. Teenagers, don't you just love 'em.
Got out for a quick thrash Sunday afternoon. Strange yellow thing in the sky and not so cold as last few days.

Sunday was lovely, really enjoyed a quick last minute decision blast. Tried to sneak out while girlfriend was walking dogs but got the timing wrong and had to go two up!!

I hadn't realized that FBD sold parts off the shelf, I thought it was all mail order. Handy!

Re: The Fatboyzdiner

Popped over to see Phil & Karen at lunchtime today; was promptly mauled by their vicious guard dog Fang.
Nice place, Nice people, Nice cup of Tea.....Nice all round really. Lots of bits, and a good Catalogue base with reasonable prices - well worth a visit...sadly they had run out of dohnuts when I got there .

What do they say about dogs looking like their owners?

Phil is looking at doing servicing and general work on Harleys after 1 Apr this year so stand by for that.

....bit too much Goldwing stuff tho......
