Ride for Life

CrazyIvan, Snowflake, Mike D, GirlyGlide and anyone else in the Westbury triangle

Is anyone up for doing the Ride For Life on Sunday 21 May ?
Did it last year with my M8 Ray, a good craic despite the weather. We’re both doing it again this year.
Both routes are coming near to us. We’re actually a lot closer to the Amesbury change over than Gordano services but I’m not sure if another region has covered the Amesbury – Exeter leg, or whether anyone from the Bristol area is doing Gordano – Exeter.
Will try to find out. I’m happy to do either route as necessary.
Anyone else fancy joining in ?

Re: Ride for Life

Been seriosly thinking of the Gordano-Exeter leg if the weather holds. Do you know if a non Harley can join in. I have a friend with a Triumph 750 Hurricane would love to come along if he's rebuilt his rear hub bearing in time.

Head Gardener and Somerset

Don't worry about the weather, just go for it. After last year's ride there can't be any rain left to fall on the HDRCGB. That's official

Re: Ride for Life

I will be at the 'outlaws' over that Weekend, and seeing as they are half way to London anyway, I think I might make the effort from South Mimms to Countess Services and then onto Exeter - if the weather is OK.........
Anyone want to join me?
