Why did you buy a Kawasaki on a bike lift?

Will this be a "test bed" for the future?

On a serious note don't forget to strap (ratchet) it down when on the lift. As seen in the photo. there has been a lot of discussion on this safety topic.

Re: Local HD Servicing

Took me a while to get it all out of the box (on me own) but here it is...

Only slight problem is that the bike is too low to get up the ramp!!
Wooden plank needed to help, but it gets it up nice and high - no more sore backs...

Re: Local HD Servicing

Well, i had a cracking ride down to DG20, which is sadly about all that is seems worth doing down at yonder stealership.....after a few (and then some) quid later i had all the basics done, the air filter cover put on upside down, and an annoying rattle which accomanied me all the way home.

As I said last time....next time i will do it meself....and I will.

I already have a list of parts for the next one which i will be ordering through my local, friendly goldwing dealer on my return.
