I had no idea Harry was in such a bad way, he must have been colder than I thought. When we got home, and eventually got in (cos we was locked out!!!) and warmed up he was as right as rain. His best ride yet he said. Thanks for asking mate

Kept looking on the local news for a mention but didn't see one, although they mentioned the W-S-M race

Thoroughly enjoyed it and glad it stayed dry for the ride itself

Re: Hoggin the Bridge

It was the first time for me and the mrs for "Hoggin the Bridge" and dispite the down pour on the way home, we had a fantasic day.

Started with a meet up at Bradford on Avon with Mr and Mrs Rooster, Ray, Mike and Kirsten, Roosters mate John and a couple on a Buell (Matthew ? and his partner ?). Then just before the M4 we meet up with Hadyn, Trev and Bev and some of their friends, at this point a good 10 bikes as we joined the M4, brilliant

At the Aust services the group got broke up. Ivan made contact by phone to Rooster and we finally saw him later in Chepstow. Anyway the main ride out over the bridge started, fantastic sights and sound etc...Lost the remainding group completly but surrounded by allsorts of other Harleys, great to see people lining the route supporting the riders. Tried to pass the Trikes and fend of the Jap bikes, we had to laugth at the local kids trying to join in on their mopeds

Got back to Chepstow just as the rain started to become serious, picked up our tee-shirts/pins etc and headed back over the bridge back home. Had a great day. Hope every one had a good time , kept safe and made it home o.k
in the bad weather...Shame its now Monday and back to work Heres to next time we all meet, cheers Rob

Re: Hoggin the Bridge

as previusly noted we all got split up started off with those who had paid up front and those that haddnt, we foud Ivan and Harry whilst havin coffee with Chippenham possey, got to destination and sat in a bar drank beer. I think there was some mix up as soon as we were over the bridge we were directed to car park. Rode back later, with Chippenham doods (and bev) well it rained some it is true and got wet, think it was dark by the time we got home but did have a good time.

Hot tea and bickied in front of the telly once out of the drippin leathers.

clutch ok after roadside adjustment.

Wots on next?
