Sorted! Saturday it is. Meet at Warmister services 11.30 (me, Ray and Bob), down to Wilton to collect Uggy at 12.15, then on to DG20, maybe returning the scenic route across the New Forest.
Anyone else fancy a go ? Be at Warmister services on the A36/A350 junction at 11.30

Off to Central souths party after work but coming home tonight not staying over.

Think there are others going too.

Re: Our Next Spin

Hello

Not sure if I posted a post about this weekend in the right place or not, so trying here and still getting used to the website

As with Snowflakes post about the Salisbury MAG bike show 2 weeks ago, there is a similar event down in Eastleigh on Sunday. From going last year, you don't get the hi-end custom builders (like the Lamb bike) there, however you do get bikes that have been built for 'everyday' use - so a lot of local bikers and the main bike clubs to the area turn up. The pisseds always look really good on their chopped harleys etc.

If for nothing else, its a good ride. The show is a good watering spot and then coming back up via Salisbury. If your interested. I'll be leaving cirencester by 10.30/11am, its about an hour and a half down there - which puts this about right for things to be swinging. Can meet up on the M4 or services at the M4/A34 junction etc.

(As an update, I'm now out of plaster and [feels like] learning to walk again. Making big improvements, so Denmark and May's club meet for me definately on. Cheers to those who have been asking. )

For Sunday, my mob is 07507602503

Cheers, Roy

Re: Our Next Spin

Hi Roy

Won't be making it to that one, otherwise engaged...... Did make it to the Salisbury MAG do a few weeks ago and although the weather reduced this year attendance it was a good "mix" bag of machines.

Have yer-self a good un and keep posting up any event's/rideout as they come up......

Cheers
Rob

(P.S wanna not really publish ya private mobile no.)

Re: Our Next Spin

Just heard from the chap doing my service that the pinch bolts on my front wheel are locked solid so the fix might put me getting my bike back into next week which will put a dampner on SUnday. However needs to be done for the next imminent tyre change so ... I blame this demon locking solution I had and have now ditched. Its been the cause of many bolts being trashed so was put in the bin in the most undignified manner possible!

If I get my bike back, will post and let anyone who wants to come know.
