Re: Warbird's Road King Classic for sale

Thanks for the welcome guys. BaZa you're ideally placed to understand how this illness affects people with your wife having the condition. Good luck convincing Warbird not to sell. The support and influence of friends and family in the management of any illness go a long way. In my case even my missus is contempating getting on the back of the new bike (don't know if thats good or bad!.)
Cheers and best wishes to WB.

Re: Warbird's Road King Classic for sale

Thanks for the support guys, Had a bit of a glitch on Saturday & ended up in the local Hosp, more to do with a virus than anything else, I now know how to handle it better. As for the bike, I've still got it, It's shiney & ready for the summer (yeah, I've fitted it with floats!) I changed the seat back to standard so It's a bit lower which is more comfortable for the old legs (the police seat kit is on ebay) took the bike out a couple of times already this year & each time came back with maximum smile so I'm not trying too hard to sell it at the moment. Once again thanks, it's good to know folk care! Hope to see you all somewhere sometime (I'll be the one with the custom flamed waterwings!)
I have, however, got a new toy, a Joeby pinstriped 1994 Chevrolet Astro custom van. now, where can I get a trailer to put the RKC on?

Ask your local HOG chapter. I bet they have a list of trailers, due to a churn in membership.
