I was hoping to come along on the pan, but just got news of a whistle stop tour of somewhere hot and sunny, flying out Sunday AM!
I know what you're thunking - come along anyway and make the flight (Brize Norton) in the morning.....

All finalised last night with the steward at Marlborough FC.
Arrive from 2.00pm onwards. Camping on the pitch. (Avoid the newly seeded area's around the goal mouth)
Bar open at 2.00pm.
Guiness, Grolsh,Carling,Coors, 6X, London Pride, Magners, Strongbow and Worthy, all on tap
Meals available, from 6.00 til 8.00, fish, chips, sausages and curry (all on the same plate if you want)
Breakfast 7.30 til 9.30 on Sunday morning
Separate showers (or all together if you feel like it)
2 Bands, Neil, Rockin Roosters blues rock band, Cadilac Daddy and from Bath, 4th Suit who specialise in Jam, Buzzcocks, and punk
Oh yeah, we've even booked the weather!!
See you on Saturday boys and girls.

Mark Powell has very kindly donated a leather jacket to the Region for us to use to raise funds. We are planning to auction it off at the Summer Bash this Saturday (subject to reaching a reserve price)
It's a replica of the jacket worn by Mickey Rourke in Harley Davidson and the Marlborough Man and it's XXL size. It was purchased some time ago but has NEVER been worn. See pics below.
Come to our party and go home looking like a real sharp dressed man

Bldy flight's been delayed now (fecking RAF) and I left my bike in the workshop for another week!!
Looking to see if I can get a lift....or even drive (arrrgghhhh - the thought of it, the sheer humiliation!!!)
