| Re: The 59n Club Paddindton: Tributes pour in for 'Father Bill'
i attended father Bill,s funeral today to represent are club. there was a small turnout of bikes only seven in total which was a shame as this man was a figure head to so many bikers from the 50s and 60s. there was a few 69 members that rode down from Dover and some of the old 59 club attended in there cars, not a big turn out for this iconic figure, still i am glad that i made the trip tobe there john

The problem was that the funeral was with in the week of his death, wich didn't give them time to organise a good response. The 59club is going to organise a memorial service in september for this iconic man i think there will be alot of publicity closer to this event and yes it should be more fitting to his memory john
