101st

well guys its been interesting reading on here over the last couple of weeks(embarrassing, nauseous, upsetting and totally freaky for others)

however this has only made "the tribe" have a closer bond if anything. which we should use as a positive, not a negative

i am sure any new members who come along will be welcomed, maybe with a touch of cynicism to start with, but if they are ok, they are OK. if that makes sense

so lets get on with the summer, enjoy ourselves and put that bitch in the background to be talked about only after a 200 mile ride and a beer when we can laugh about it

see you at a breakfast somwhere(do they do veggie sausages)

love to you all

Re: 101st

Dates and Yoghurt - isnt that the food of the devil !!!!! Surely Bacon and Eggs (with or without black bits - according to personal preference) are much more wholesome ......
