Not camping, just attending the meeting.
And use it as a short shake down run for Holland

I'm still up for it, or not, if its still on (the ride not the AGM).

What time you thinking, can meet up my place, Morrisons at end of the Bromsgrove Highway or Hopwood Services, depending on your route and if anyone else is coming along.
