Still happens,

still as dis-organised as ever

Probably send chief along for a lard intake next Saturday, to get him from under my feet

Re: breakfast

Got to be local this weekend, I've torn my shoulder muscle and I'm not even sure if I can shift the bike out of the shed.

Also got another session of acupuncture saturday mid day.

However I've got a couple of ideas for further afield lard fests as soon as the arm is better.

Re: breakfast

It worked to a degree.......pincushioned for an hour, lost 60% of the pain and got back some movement. I was sceptical but it seemed to work for me.

Re: breakfast

Glad to hear your on the mend.
I used it when I had my back probs a few years ago. It did help to reduce pain so that I could carry on with physio.
been ok since

Re: breakfast

Is it any good for flu? Got back from Austria to find Sal unwell, told today by GP she has swine flu like symptoms, sent home from work, told take paracetamol and only bother doc if conditions get worse.

Plus side....I feel fine I'll skip brekkie though (just in case).
