Re: Well I'm back on a Harley

Now then Lee,

That was quick. I haven't got the bike yet, I did the deal yesterday over the phone so I still need to work out how to get my sorn'ed PX over to Doncaster.

I'm currently away in my caravan and searching for insurance as my current policy does not cover HD's!

I'm moving away from a very good GS to a Harley on a bit of a whim so I hope this time it's the right move.

Cheers,
Andy

If the place you are taking the bike to has an MOT testing station, just book it in for a test then drive it there, as long as you're insured you are legal to drive a motor vehicle to and from a testing station but it must be booked in, it doesn't matter what you decide to do with it once at the garage.

Good point Dave, I'll ask the question.

The BM is less than 3 years old, so will it still be valid?

Cheers,

Andy

Good point but one can put their motor through an MOT when ever they want I would assume!!

Re: Well I'm back on a Harley

Sorted,

The brother in law just bought a Nightster from the same dealer, again his bike is sorn. They are going to drop off both bikes for us and collect our PX's.

Result.

Cheers,

Andy

Look forward the warmer weather and some rides from York, Andy. I'm in the city and usuallly manage an outing most weekends, just the day - I don't really do rallies, but Dales, Moors, East Coast etc..........
