Anyone out today?

Well it was dry and sunny, so yesterday I cleaned the dirt and grease, grit and grime from the bike (OK so I just wiped it with a rag), filled up with high octane juice and hit the road .....

........so where were the riders? Nowhere to be seen. Probably all out on a great run while I was shuttling between York and Sherburn.

Saw a V-Rod with HD custom paint job - eagles etc - and more chrome than I have ever seen hung from a single frame before. Looked like it had been ridden straight from the showroom to Squires. But no Riders.

Anyone out today. I don't have much time but wouldn't mind meeting up if there's a group getting together.

Sorry mate i read your post on sunday when i had already been out for a couple of hours after eventually getting the bike started and blowing off the cobwebs.
Your right about it being very quiet, i only saw one harley around elvington on the way back and that was about it.
Looks like i could be working next wekend but if i am free i will look out for any more lonely yorkshire/ york ride outs posted.

I and many others where out and about on Sunday, I came back from Spain Sat night, GF went home Sunday morning, the drizzle went away and so I went for a ride on my Zed (883 sulking in the corner). Saw many bikes around, but then again us in Lancashire are of a tougher nature! Ok, kidding. If it's fine this weekend i shall be out on the 883, HD Preston opening on Sunday again for the spring/summer months, supposed to be food on etc...
