Anyone know the 'LookaLikester'

Saw it in Sherburn at the weekend but owner not nearby. It's an 04 or 05 Sportster that's got a bobbed rear fender, trick rear light and side plate, all blacked out and wearing black sleeves on the forks, rubber fork gaiters, flat black tank etc. Very nice job!

did it have exhaust wrap on the headers?
if it did it's billy's from "billy's joint" a harley service centre in doncaster.
