Found on the A61 near Ripley, North Yorks a Harley Pannier

Ok this is a bit of a long shot but yesterday we were driving along the A61 between Ripon and Harrogate and we saw a bike pannier in the road. Being good citizens we stopped the car and picked it up. It's a black Harley Davidson one in very good condition - despite obviously falling off a bike!

Inside are some new clothes, purchased from Next in Skipton at 12 noon yesterday, and a new birthday card.

Does this belong to anyone on here? Please send me a message if it's yours or you know who it belongs to and you can have it back!

I've rung Next in Skipton on the off chance that the owner phones them.

If I don't hear anything within a couple of weeks I'll give it and the contents to a charity shop

I hope I've posted this in the right place, I'm usually found frequenting MINI forums, this is my first time on a motorbike one

Yes we rang the Police so it's logged with North Yorkshire, they asked us to hang on to the stuff for 28 days
