This Privacy Policy describes how we use your personal data in connection with your membership of the Club. By submitting your information to us, you consent to use the using your personal data as set out below.

We do store store cookies on your computer, the forum will not work without them, but none contain any personal data.
If you purchase membership online, we collect personal data which identifies you, or can be used to identify you. This personal data includes your name, address, telephone number, membership number . We use your personal data for administering and managing your membership of the HDRCGB, for example to deliver your membership card and Harleyquin magazine.
On the forums, we require that Club members enter their full names and membership numbers in their profile if they want access to the private areas of the site. You do not have to give this information, but if you elect not to, you will only have access to the public areas.
We may contact you for "administration purposes" For example, to provide you with password reminders or notify you about events and member activities of the HDRCGB
We do not allow you information to be disclosed to any other third parties whatsoever.
We will only share part or all of your data with the Government authorities, if legally required to do so, or we believe it necessary in connection with an investigation of any activity that is illegal or may expose HDRCGB to any liability
We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. However The HDRCGB cannot and does not guarantee that your personal data will be free from unauthorized interception or access and HDRCGB shall not be liable to you for any losses caused by any such unauthorised interception or access.
We store your personal details for an indefinite period for archival and historical purposes.
The HDRCGB web site may contain links to other members' sites or third party sites not controlled or monitored by HDRCGB. These sites may independently use cookies stored on your computer to collect data and information about your internet browsing. HDRCGB is not responsible for and does not accept any liability for their actions or the content of their sites.
