Forum Rules (General)

Registration to this forum is free! We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. If you agree to the terms, please check the 'I agree' checkbox and press the 'Register' button below. If you would like to cancel the registration, click here to return to the forums index.

    You must not:
  1. Make personal comments about other users of this forum. Members will be kind, courteous and respectful to other members and the Moderators.
  2. Make direct or indirect personal attacks or insults of any kind.
  3. Post any comment that is racist, overly Political or considered to be of a foul nature.
  4. Write Posts which will or may antagonise members or promote an antagonistic thread, belittle or humiliate other members and/or the Moderators.
  5. Pursue personal issues with other members and Moderators on the forum. Members must resolve their differences outside of the forum.
  6. Post the content of Emails, Private Messages (PM), and any other private correspondence to the open forums without the permission of their original authors. If someone is concerned about the content of a PM that they receive, they should report it to the Moderators who will consider what action is to be taken.
  7. Make postings that may bring the Club into disrepute.
  8. Disrespect other clubs - we are all riders.
  9. Post pictures of others that may cause embarrassment.
  10. Post material for which you do not own the copyright.
  11. Use the forums for profit or gain - no business names, adverts or selling. (Exemptions to this rule may be granted only by the Committee).
  12. Post the same thread more than once, not even in different forums.

Club Members

To be recognised as a H-DRCGB Club Member and gain access to the private areas you must enter the details from your membership card in to your user profile.
  • Your name (as shown on your membership card)
  • Membership Number
  • To enter this information, Click on My Profile (top right of page), click on the About Me tab and enter the information using the 'Edit' (pen) logo

    You do not have to fill in this information but if we are unable to verify your membership you will not be able to enter any of the private areas or be recognised as a Club member

    Although the administrators and moderators attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners nor The Harley-Davidson Riders Club of Great Britain will be held responsible for the content of any message.
