Despite the crap weather forecast - it's a warm sunny day here at the V&S ????

Big thanks to Barry and his team for setting up a fantastic weekend in a great venue. Baskerville Hall is an old mansion with a great atmosphere and facilities that complemented the gathering perfectly. Over all the weather was fine and nothing like the forecast on the radio. Hay on Wye is a great little place linked to the site by a riverside walk and provided plenty of entertainment, good beer, food, coffee and cake!

There were so many highlights - walking into town, guzzling local ale (Welsh beer is excellent) talking shovel for hours, honey cake, laughing, making new friends, learning new things and chillin.

The Irish crew made me laugh so much I thought I was going to peg out and had to go inside to recover.

On Friday I was out the front when Chris arrived on his 1930 VL from Fort William. The bike just sat there ticking over perfectly happy after doing exactly what it was built for nearly a hundred years ago - a rider, on a rider's bike at a riders club.
