the stock horn on my 2004 1200 is excellent, same horn that was on the last 5 big twins I've had.
Is the 883 one different ?

I put a car horn on mine.A mate gave it to me when the stock horn packed up.Made the MOT tester jump when he pushed the button.

I've got a Denali Soundbomb on my Road King. It does draw 20 amps though, so a bit of extra wiring is needed when it's fitted.

Yes, the 20 amps will be a problem I think as the Stebil draws a similar current. Not so easy to do the wiring on a 2018 sporty as they have this new fangled ECU controlled electrics and I wouldn’t know where to start as I don’t think you can just replace the existing horn with a relay + 20 amp connection to the battery

I don’t know, but there is not much room on a super low between the front down tubes and the stock horn is small and thin, I am sure you will have something bigger

Dont worry about 2018 electrics. Mine came with a relay, and full instructions. Very easy job. Hardest part will be finding a mounting point. And as for 20 amps, its not a continuous draw. Its only on when you press horn button.
