    Rear brakes

I keep getting drawn to the new Sport Glides and was in the local dealers again last weekend having a shuffty. It would appear that the rear pads on the new softails have around twice the friction material than my Dyna, which is good but it also looks like it might be a wheel out job to replace them, which would be an embuggarance. Anyone know for definite?

    Are you drag racing?

That wouldn't be a worry for about 3 years, surely?

That didn't help I go through a set of rear pads in around 4-5000 miles, so usually two sets a year. Even with twice the friction material I reckon it's gonna be at least an annual thing. Just thinking it could become a pain in the neck.

Cheers. Gonna have to test ride one I reckon. Course the wife's wanting a holiday, new bathroom, the garden landscaped, me to buy a truck so she can borrow it to tow horse boxes etc. etc. so my chances are slim tbh.
