    Plus 1 on Matt's

If you wish to restore to stock and want **expert** help from guys who really know their shit, search out The Ironhead Sportster Garage on Facebook.

If you wish to run apes and drag pipes on that bike and rattlecan it flat black, be aware that members of TISG will viciously abuse you and then ban you. You have been warned. ;-)

I've been in touch with someone in west Devon who I'd trust faithfully but he has retired however he spoke well of someone called West Cornwall Engine Services in Camborne - no details but might be worth tracking down?

Some very knowledgeable people on there but it does get a bit extreme at times. Anyone raising anything non-standard risks a feeding frenzy attack. The only acceptable modifications, for some strange reason, are the retrospective fitment of CV carbs and also electronic ignition.
