    Yes just send me your old tensioners complete and I'll send them back to you with the new pads fitted ...

    Hi Dick, i went down this route, got Alex to swap to cyco tensioners which i think is a good cheap option. By the time you add the gasket set and o rings etc you will still be talking over £100 to do the job yourself. If you decide to change the inner cam bearings to torrington i have a set you can have. Turned out mine had already been changed.

    p.s. Be advised that two of the bolts that attach the cam plate are "vulnerable" so be careful when using torque settings, ie lower end of recommended range is advisable.
