I woke up this morning the sun was cracking the pavements, and then it hit me, Region 3 will be the 1st to hold a full rally this year, it was real not a dream.
I think after Monday and when Boris starts to relax the lock down we can crack on with getting the rally set up.

I really fear that the ban on mass gatherings may be with us for a long time. Let's hope we get back to normal before too long, however it is looking like a long process.
