I've got an old Keis heated vest with a battery and hardwire to bike battery. Always worked well, but the small battery is starting to conk out. They want about £50 for a new one, but to be fair it has lasted over ten years.

Sure, I nearly took the plunge on one but it turns out I'm too stingey. I wouldn't want to guess on the longevity of this Chinese affair I've bought..... I do still have an EXO2 kidney belt that was absolutely superb for years but I dropped the battery - I still have the hardwire plug in but the 'inconvenience' has never appealed..... and as it's an American brand, these days a replacement battery is going to cost about a million dollars. Incidentally, I was out for about 2 hours yesterday with the vest on full power and only used a quarter of the battery charge - bonus!!
