No, he's actually 74 and doing well. A legend himself as the founder of King Crimson and having worked with David Bowie, Brian Eno and a host of others over the years. Still prefer to watch Toyah though

I've got all the Crimson albums, but don't play them much these days. Good to know he's doing well and stuck it out with Toyah. They seem quite happy.
