Indeed, in the video he recons 10 revolutions. I did about 15 revs in three bursts.

That’s the one I’ve got.
As to when to change the filter I wait until clean oil comes out of the return pipe.
Approx amount of old oil in engine around 1 litre. Which is a fair % of total oil capacity.
